Below is a list of rules and guidelines which must be observed when posting, not observing the rules and guidelines may result in the banning of your account.

• No Spamming or Flaming.
• No pornography.
• Linking to websites which contain obscene material
• No posting Illegal material
• No multiple Accounts
• No "bumping."
• No "chain games"(Unless they have directly involve Nintendo)
• No talking about Warez
• No racial material(unless in a critical usage, like the whole Resident Evil 5 incident)
• Threads and posts must be placed in the appropriate area of Nintendo Destination (if you make a mistake, inform an Administrator or Moderator.
• No posting threads that are already on Nintendo Destination (Before you post a new thread, use Nintendo Destination's nifty little search feature to make sure there isn't already a thread pertaining to what your thread is about.
• Spoilers must be wrapped in the spoiler Tag.
• Post must be substantial, meaning nothing like "cool stuff" or "I agree".
• If you were the last to post in a thread, you should not reply again until a substantial amount of time has passed. You should never reply with something like: "Why has No One Answered Yet?"
• Do not reply to spam!(We may accidentally ban accounts that respond to spam)
• Above all, Don't Be Stupid

Thread titles

• The title of your thread should concern the subject of the thread. Do not try to deceive members buy saying things like: “Look at This”, “Read This”, “You Got to See This”, “Well this Sucks”, “I Hate This”, “I love This”, “What’s This?”, “What Happened”. A user should be able to see what the thread is about by looking at the topic.
• DO NOT USE ALL CAPS; I suggest capitalizing the first letter of every important word.

Smamming is defined as:

• Posting messages irrelevant to the topic or discussion
• Advertising other websites outside of your profile.(if you would like to post

Smamming is not defined as:

• Everyday chat is not considered Spam when in the off-topic section

Illegal material includes(but is not limited to) the following:

• Links to ROMs
